Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and her rapper fiancé Kanye West filed suit on Thursday against a YouTube co-founder and owner of the new site MixBit for posting a video online of the couple’s extravagant engagement at San Francisco’s AT&T Park.

Chad Hurley wasn’t invited to the engagement, which occurred on Kardashian’s 33rd birthday, but was allowed to stay after signing an agreement not to post videos or images, Billboard reports. The suit claims Hurley violated a confidentiality agreement when he posted a two-and-a-half minute video to MixBit. The couple is seeking unspecified damages from Hurley and his company Avos Systems, Inc.

“Exclusive rights, such as those sold by plaintiffs to publication of video of the event, are particularly valuable,” the lawsuit states. “If people violate these rights… they are of substantially diminished value.”

MixBit and Hurley did not immediately comment to Billboard.
